Winph26 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. General Terms

Welcome to Winph26. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and Winph26 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Winph26 website and its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Winph26 operates as a licensed online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in the Philippines. Our services include but are not limited to: online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including PBA and NBA), Tongits, online Sabong, Poker, and any other gaming products made available through the platform from time to time.

Winph26 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform and take effect upon publication. Continued use of Winph26 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Winph26, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be a Winph26 employee, contractor, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary ban from any gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be using the platform on behalf of any third party or for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Winph26.

Winph26 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. We take age verification seriously — any player found to be underage will have their account immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on Winph26 at any given time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details required during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Never share them with anyone.
• Winph26 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify Winph26 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review.

Account registration is free. Winph26 does not charge any fee for creating an account. Winph26 reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Winph26 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Winph26 supports the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱200 for most payment methods. Specific limits may vary by channel.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Winph26 account within minutes.
• Winph26 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Winph26 reserves the right to reject deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 for most channels.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• Standard accounts: withdrawals processed within 24 hours on business days.
• VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members: same-day or priority processing applies.
• Winph26 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement.
• Pending bonuses may affect withdrawal eligibility. See Section 5 for bonus wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Winph26 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Rules:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the terms of a specific promotion state otherwise.
• Winph26 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Suspected bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses within the defined period and credited to the player's account automatically at the start of the following cycle.

VIP Club rewards, including tier-specific bonuses and exclusive tournament access, are subject to the terms outlined in the VIP Club section of the platform. Winph26 reserves the right to modify VIP tier requirements and benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Winph26 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. Winph26 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases where a clear technical error has been identified by our team.

• Minimum bet: ₱50 for most sports betting markets. Casino game minimums vary by game.
• Maximum bet: Limits apply and vary by market, game, and account tier. Winph26 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on any market at any time.
• Voided bets: A bet will be voided and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, postponed, or if the bet was placed in error due to a platform technical fault.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Winph26 may suspend live markets at any time during an event at its discretion.
• Palpable errors: If an obvious pricing error occurs (e.g., grossly incorrect odds), Winph26 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Parlays: All legs of a parlay bet must be correct for the bet to win. If one leg is voided, the parlay is recalculated without that selection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Winph26. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one account per person, household, or device.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting with the intent to exploit pricing errors, or any form of advantage play that Winph26 determines to be in bad faith.
• Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund an account.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information provided to Winph26.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Winph26 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the security infrastructure of the Winph26 platform.

Winph26 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual activity around the clock. Players identified through these systems may be asked to provide additional documentation before any pending withdrawals are released.

8. Privacy & Data

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on Winph26 without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Winph26 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain password security.

Winph26 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits Winph26's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may close your Winph26 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@winph26.net. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met and there are no ongoing investigations.

Winph26 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a way that is harmful to the platform or other players. In such cases, any balances associated with the account may be withheld pending investigation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Winph26 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, Winph26 will notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of Winph26 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of Winph26 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes not resolved through Winph26's internal customer support process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration under Philippine law.
